By the end of the day, you'll have:

  • Video clips you filmed on your phone
  • B-roll for Reels, Stories, and future posts
  • Talking-head clips you can actually use
  •  Clearer messaging and post ideas
  • Practical phone filming skills
  • More confidence filming, posting, and showing up online

Your business depends on visibility.

But content gets weird when you have to make it about you.

You have ideas. You have expertise. You probably even have half-written captions, saved audios, random B-roll clips, and videos sitting in your camera roll.

But when it’s time to post, suddenly everything feels too much.

Too awkward.
Too exposed.
Too imperfect.
Too “not quite right.”

So the content stays in drafts, and your audience misses the chance to actually know you.

The Visibility Edit was created to change that.

This day is designed to help you stop preparing to be visible and start practicing it.

Throughout the day, you will create content, receive guidance, and work through the practical side of online visibility in real time.

The room is intentionally small so conversation can stay natural and support can remain personal.

WHAT ATTENDEES ARE SAYING

“Before The Visibility Edit, I felt honestly unsure of even where to start. I knew some general basics, but it was a lot of trial and error without much forward progress. Afterward, I felt like I had the tools to confidently move forward and make content more quickly and efficiently.”

— Kristi Pollum, KL Coordination

Inside The Visibility Edit

Reserve Your Spot

This is where you stop thinking about content and start actually creating it.

You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan.

Bring your ideas, your saved audios, your half-written captions, your camera roll clips, or the feeling of, “I know I need to show up more, but I keep getting stuck.”

During The Visibility Edit, you’ll get support to:

  • decide what to film

  • create short-form content that sounds like you

  • record video in a low-pressure environment

  • learn phone settings, angles, posing, and simple setup tips

  • refine messaging that feels vague or hard to say out loud

  • get feedback while you create

  • organize your content so you know what to post next

You’ll also receive a content planning spreadsheet, a recorded editing tutorial, and a curated tools/apps guide to keep using after the event.

You will not spend the day listening to presentations from the back of a ballroom.

This experience is built around participation, experimentation, discussion, and content creation.

Here’s how the day will flow

You’ll be guided through visibility coaching, practical filming lessons, and supported content creation so you leave with more clarity, more confidence, and actual content to use.

10:00 AM: Arrival

Coffee, conversation, and settling in.

Morning Session: Clarity + Content Creation

We’ll refine your message, identify content ideas, and start creating simple content you can use, from prompts and captions to short-form video concepts.

Phone settings, angles, posing, lighting, and simple setup tips so you feel more confident filming with your phone.

Light Lunch

A midday pause to eat, reset, and connect. Lunch is provided by our host.

Afternoon Session: Film, Edit + Create

You’ll film B-roll, talking-head clips, lip syncs, short-form video moments, and simple content you can use after the event. We’ll also walk through a quick editing tutorial so you know how to start turning your captures into posts.

3:00 PM: Wrap-Up

You’ll leave with a clearer plan for what to do with what you created.

The Visibility Edit: Agoura Hills will take place at The Lodge at Malibou Lake

With at least 10 different backdrops and setups, including thoughtful furniture, wallpaper, decor, lake-adjacent spaces, and natural light, the venue gives you more variety than a single room or blank wall ever could.

It is the kind of setting that makes content creation feel easier: you can capture B-roll, behind-the-scenes moments, talking-head clips, and simple lifestyle content without having to scout locations yourself.

A light lunch will be provided by our host.

If you want support creating content in real time, this is your window.

Come create with us on July 9 in Agoura Hills. You’ll get phone filming lessons, live coaching, light lunch, and guided time to make content you can actually use.

Why I Created The Visibility Edit

I created The Visibility Edit because you should not have to feel like a completely different person just to show up online.

You have ideas. You have expertise. You have a point of view. You have work worth talking about.

But when it comes time to film, post, or be visible in your own marketing, it can suddenly feel awkward, exposed, or weirdly complicated.

You do not need more pressure to “just post.”

You need guidance. You need support. You need a little structure. And sometimes, you need someone standing nearby saying, “Yes. That one. Use that.”

My work as a speaker, educator, and visibility coach has shown me that content gets easier when you have clear direction, real-time feedback, and enough space to stop overthinking before every post exists.

That’s what this day is designed to create.
